About

Eileen Mignoni is a multimedia journalist. She grew up on a farm in Michigan and graduated from Brown with a degree in Classics. She lives in Santiago, Chile. She received her master’s degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May of 2009. Her most recent project was as a fellow for the UNC incubator of News21, an initiative of the Carnegie and Knight Foundations. The product of that fellowship is Powering a Nation, for which Eileen headed the team reporting on the electrical grid. She is currently working as a freelance multimedia journalist for La Tercera in Santiago. She shares a blog with Nacho Corbella called Stuck in Renders. She is available for editorial and commercial assignments world wide.
